Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

The operator (controller) of personal data processing is SELLAI Limited Liability Company (SELLAI LLC / SELLAI MChJ), TIN 312530703, registered at: Republic of Karakalpakstan, Nukus, "Xaliqlar Dosligʻi" mahalla, Aleksandr Sergeyevich Pushkin street, 91/7 (the "Operator," "we"). The Glintas service is available at glintas.com.

2. What data we process

  • Face / skin images that you upload for analysis. A face image is biometric personal data and is processed with enhanced protection measures.
  • Account data: email address, account settings.
  • Payment data: processed by the Click and Payme payment services; we do not store bank card data.
  • Usage data: number of analyses, request/token consumption, technical information (device type, IP address, cookies).

3. Legal basis and consent

Processing of your face image is carried out on the basis of your separate, explicit consent, which you give before your first photo upload — in a dedicated dialog, separately from accepting this Policy. The consent is recorded (the version and checksum of the text shown to you, the date, and the language) and confirms that you are 18 or older. Without such consent, the photo is not analysed.

Separately and optionally, you may allow your images to be used to improve and train the algorithms. This consent is optional, off by default, and can be withdrawn at any time.

You may withdraw any consent at any time (see "Your rights"); withdrawing consent to image processing results in the deletion of your uploaded photos.

Processing is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" (O'RQ-547).

4. Purposes of processing

  • providing AI skin analysis and generating the analysis;
  • account, tariff, and billing operation;
  • user support;
  • security and abuse prevention;
  • analytics and Service improvement.

5. Transfer to third parties

To operate the Service, data may be transferred to:

  • the artificial intelligence service that generates the analysis: the image is transmitted for processing at the moment of analysis and is not stored by it afterward;
  • the hosting and infrastructure provider — Hetzner Online GmbH (data center in Helsinki, Finland);
  • the Click and Payme payment services — to process payments;
  • web analytics and advertising services — Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited): depersonalised information about actions on the site — page views, registration, start and completion of an analysis, opening the pricing page, payment. Photographs and skin analysis results are never sent to these services. Both load only after your consent in the cookie banner and can be switched off in its settings.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Cross-border transfer

The Service infrastructure, account data, and analysis results are hosted on servers in Finland (Hetzner, Helsinki). Image processing by artificial intelligence may be performed on the infrastructure of engaged providers outside the Republic of Uzbekistan. Transfer and processing of data outside the Republic of Uzbekistan is carried out on the basis of your consent given when using the Service.

7. Storage and deletion of data

  • Uploaded images are stored on our server for no more than 7 days, after which the image file is deleted automatically. The image is transmitted to the artificial intelligence service only at the moment of analysis and is not stored by it after processing.
  • Analysis results (numeric metrics, conversation history) are stored for up to 30 days from creation, after which they are deleted automatically. After the image is deleted, analysis results may still be shown, as they are computed from numbers rather than from the image itself.
  • Training the algorithms: your images are used to assess accuracy and train the algorithms only with your separate, explicit consent, which is off by default. If such consent is not given or is withdrawn, images are not passed to training.
  • Account data (email, settings) is stored for the duration of your use of the Service.
  • You can delete an individual analysis, withdraw consent, or delete your account with all its data yourself in the "My data" section (glintas.com/account). For other matters, see the contact details at the end of the Policy.

8. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data and download a copy of it; correct it; delete an individual analysis or your entire account; withdraw consent to the processing of biometric data and to training the algorithms; restrict processing.

You can exercise most of these rights yourself in the "My data" section (glintas.com/account): export all your data as a single file, delete analyses, withdraw consents, delete your account (together with your photos and history). 9. Security

We apply technical and organizational protection measures (encryption in transit, access control, removal of geolocation metadata from uploaded images). Complete security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.

10. Children

The Service is intended only for persons 18 and older. Age confirmation is requested together with consent to processing your photo. We do not intentionally collect data of minors; if such data is identified, it is deleted.

11. Use of photographs

Uploaded photos are stored securely (for no more than 7 days, see "Storage and deletion of data"), are not accessible via a direct link, and are linked only to your analysis history. We use them (a) to perform the analysis and show you your history. Using photos to improve and train the algorithms (accuracy assessment, tuning) is done only with your separate consent, which is off by default and can be withdrawn at any time. Photos are never published or shared with third parties for their own purposes. You can delete your photos at any time — yourself in the "My data" section or by contacting support; when you withdraw consent to image processing, your uploaded photos are deleted.

12. Changes

We may update this Policy. The current version is published on this page with the effective date.
